Shelbie Bruce is an American actress who is best known for her role as Scarlett Kincaid in the 2003 film "Spanglish" co-starring Adam Sandler and Tea Leoni. She was born on November 12, 1992 in Brownwood, Texas.
Bruce began her acting career in 2002 with a small role in the TV series "Strong Medicine". She then appeared in the films "The Flannerys" and "Circle of Dead Children" in 2003 before landing her breakthrough role in "Spanglish". She was only 11 years old at the time of filming and received critical acclaim for her performance.
After "Spanglish", Bruce appeared in various TV series such as "Cold Case", "Veronica Mars", and "Criminal Minds". She also had small roles in the films "The Last Day of Summer" and "The Estuary".
Bruce's last known acting credit was in 2010 when she appeared in an episode of the TV series "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit". Since then, she has remained mostly out of the public eye.
